Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to shape how customers interact with our digital platforms. You will lead a development team and craft frontend features for A/B tests and personalization using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS within enterprise CMS and testing ecosystems.

You’ll work closely with marketing and IT stakeholders, ensure scalable and repeatable implementations, perform QA on campaigns, and document technical approaches with clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
• Experience leading development teams.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing tools.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join meetings and communicate clearly in project platforms with stakeholders.
• Create front-end features for A/B tests and personalization in Adobe Target.
• Ensure A/B testing and personalization are scalable, repeatable and aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Perform QA/QC checks on active tests and campaigns.
• Draft technical documentation and time estimates for A/B tests and personalization.
• Develop relationships with the optimization team and stakeholders across Marketing and IT.
