Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI / UX Designer with 5+ years of experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first design, responsive web design, and interactive experiences, and is proficient with React Native and Expo. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered designs that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and UI specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using React Native and Expo, ensuring design integrity across platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experiences.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with UI / UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI / UX design for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency with React Native and Expo.
• Demonstrated experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and design iteration based on user feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of projects for web and mobile platforms.
