Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct the budget process.
• Consolidate and analyze actual vs. budgeted financial performance of BUs and corporate areas.
• Manage and prepare revenue and cost forecasts.
• Develop reports and dashboards.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• 4-5 years’ experience in finance, controllership, or related areas.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and people development skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
• Open to giving and receiving feedback.
• Result-oriented and client-focused.
