Jobtailor is seeking a disciplined professional to govern revenue processes and deliver actionable financial insights. You will analyze datasets, build dashboards, and partner with Commercial, Operations, Product and Legal to ensure accurate revenue reporting and monetization opportunities.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel and Power BI skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to translate data into management insights for executive presentations.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, accounting, finance, information systems, data science or related fields.
Solid experience in finance, revenue governance, revenue assurance, pricing, billing, financial reconciliation, data or operational efficiency.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for extracting, processing, joining, validating and analyzing large datasets.
Advanced Excel skills for analyses, controls, models, validations and simulations.
Experience with Power BI for dashboards, reports and indicators.

Responsabilidades

Perform revenue governance by monitoring processes, controls, datasets and metrics that support the correct capture, measurement, billing, reconciliation and tracking of the company’s revenues.
Identify, investigate and quantify deviations, revenue losses, operational inconsistencies, parameterization errors, billing discrepancies and monetization opportunities.
Build and enhance financial efficiency, revenue, profitability, operational adherence, process quality, productivity and loss-prevention indicators.
Perform advanced data analyses using SQL, Excel and Power BI, ensuring consistency, traceability, critical insight and the ability to explain variances, trends and financial impacts.
Develop dashboards, executive reports and management presentations to monitor results, prioritize opportunities, highlight risks and recommend action plans.
Map, redesign, document and optimize financial processes, proposing automations, preventive controls, monitoring routines and sustainment mechanisms.
Support the implementation of improvements from diagnosis through stabilization, considering financial impacts, risks, system dependencies, testing, documentation and stakeholder communication.
Interact with areas such as Commercial, Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Data, Billing, Accounting and Controllership to ensure alignment, governance and structured resolution of critical issues.
Serve as a technical reference on financial efficiency and revenue governance topics, supporting internal forums with analyses, recommendations and root-cause insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science or related fields.
Solid experience in finance, revenue governance, revenue assurance, pricing, billing, financial reconciliation, data or operational efficiency.
Advanced knowledge of SQL for extracting, processing, joining, validating and analyzing large datasets.
Advanced Excel skills for building analyses, controls, models, structured datasets, validations, simulations and decision support.
Experience with Power BI for building, maintaining and evolving dashboards, management reports and financial performance indicators.
Experience in process improvement, flow mapping, opportunity diagnosis, control design, routine automation and implementation of action plans.
Experience building and tracking financial, operational and management indicators, with the ability to convert data into insights and actionable recommendations.
Experience preparing management and executive presentations, with mastery of analytical narrative, risk disclosure and proposed next steps.
