Senior Finance Specialist - Concur Deal Desk

Join us as a Senior Finance Specialist - Concur Deal Desk at SAP.

This role is part of the GCF Specialized Deal Support CoE supporting Concur, Callidus, and OEM/MSP LoB’s, focusing on deal support for cloud deals, revenue recognition, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Deal Desk & Revenue Recognition contact for designated regions, providing backup for others.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Contracts to ensure agreement structures comply with SAP's Revenue Recognition policies.
• Review and approve deals, ensuring compliance with policies and safeguarding financial results.
• Support the quote-to-order process within Concur Systems and review contracts for revenue recognition issues.
• Assist in quarterly business reviews and audits, and stay updated on revenue recognition training.
• Drive process automation and lead projects involving pricing, legal, and compliance teams.
• Enable sales teams with relevant training and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration; financial designation preferred.
• Experience in Revenue Recognition, Audit, Financial Controlling, and Deal Support.
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems like SAP or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in teams.
