This position reports to a Finance Coordinator and is based at São José dos Campos or São Paulo.

What You Will Do
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for providing Financial Support for Supply Chain North America, including Forecasting and performance tracking (Budget vs Actuals) and identifying productivity initiatives to unlock investiment in business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Monthly closing activities - including Journal Entries, Intercompany Cross Charges and BvA explanations.
• Provide regular financial support to Business Partners, making sure we comply to budget targets and identifying productivity opportunities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
• Identify and propose process improvements opportunities with cross-functional teams, through alignments and assertive communication.
• Perform quarterly close and forecast cycle activities including regional financial consolidation and analysis on the consolidated performance for Regional and Global reporting requirements
• Support Capital Projects financial deliverables and controls.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skill, previously excel modeling or data consolidation experience
• The ability to identify, recommend and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Understanding of data visualization techniques, tools, and design principles
• Experience with SAP, OneStream
