A dynamic IT outsourcing company, Dev.Pro is seeking a Senior Event Manager to oversee event logistics and manage a team of Event Coordinators. You will play a vital role in delivering high-profile executive events while enhancing workflows and team efficiency in a global, remote setting.

We invite an organized, detail-oriented Senior Event Manager with strong communication and people management skills to join our CTO Dinners department at Dev.Pro. As a Team Lead, you’ll oversee five Event Coordinators and manage high-level client engagement initiatives, including CTO dinners and marketing events. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align on event strategy and help enhance workflows and tools to improve team efficiency and event execution quality.

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead a global event coordination team to help deliver high-profile executive events. You’ll use your organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of event preparation and execution.

  • Lead and manage logistics for 4–5 monthly CTO-level dinners and marketing events
  • Manage daily operations for a global team of Event Coordinators across time zones and varied schedules
  • Help build structured internal processes and platforms to improve efficiency and track team performance
  • Support the planning and delivery of webinars and virtual events
  • Communicate with internal teams and executive stakeholders, handling urgent requests and shifting priorities
  • Work flexible hours to support evening or weekend events and high-priority CTO dinners
