What to Expect
- Manage and direct professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
- Oversee project scheduling, invoicing, and cash flow management
- Conduct analyses and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Supervise junior and mid-level staff during all phases of project work
- Prepare work plans and organize project studies with minimal direction
What is Required
- BA/BS in Geology, Engineering, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
- U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work
- Experience with CERCLA projects and federal facilities
- Proven ability to manage environmental remediation projects
- Strong communication, writing, and reporting skills
How to Stand Out
- 5+ years of experience directly as a project manager
- Professional License (PE, PG) in New England states
- 10+ years' experience in environmental remediation project management
- Experience managing environmental projects for Federal clients
- Interest in business development and stakeholder negotiations
