What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively participate in project conceptualization, planning, and execution related to high voltage substation projects
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of electrical engineering issues
- Prepare clear and concise reports that meet client requirements and adhere to company formats
- Track project information including schedules, expenditures, and status reports
- Review design drawings and collaborate with designers on substation diagrams and calculations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited program
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the design of Medium Voltage Power Systems
- Proven ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience in the design of substations 138kV and above
- Experience in preparing substation grounding and protection calculations
- Familiarity with ANSI/IEEE/NEMA standards related to substation design
- PE license
- AutoCAD experience
