  • Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software including Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools
  • Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
  • Efficiently handle time-sensitive and confidential materials
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialized applications and provide feedback on team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in document outsourcing or the legal industry
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax for PDF manipulation
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments effectively
