A Teleflex, líder em tecnologias médicas, procura um Diretor(a) Sênior de Tesouraria para supervisionar operações de tesouraria, planejamento de liquidez e estratégias de hedge. O profissional trabalhará com equipes globais, regulando políticas e suportando oportunidades de investimento e M&A.

É exigida experiência de liderança, mais de 10 anos em tesouria, conhecimento de GAAP/IFRS e gestão de várias moedas, com comunicação eficaz em toda a organização.

Qualificações

• 10+ anos em funções financeiras com foco em tesouraria global.
• Bacharel em Finanças/Contabilidade obrigatório; CPA/MBA/CTP é diferencial.
• Experiência em liderar equipes e operações em empresa manufatureira global.
• Conhecimento de GAAP/IFRS e gestão de multi-moedas.

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar previsões de fluxo de caixa, planejamento de liquidez e estratégias de investimento.
• Desenvolver metas de caixa para manter capital de giro adequado.
• Trabalhar com o Diretor de Tax para transferir caixa entre entidades.
• Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de hedge para reduzir risco cambial.
• Manter relações com credores e instituições financeiras.
• Liderar a equipe de tesouraria e assegurar desenvolvimento profissional.

Position Summary

The Senior Director, Treasurer is responsible oversight of the Company’s treasury operations and risk management strategies. Responsibilities include cash management, risk assessment, developing and executing hedging strategies, maintaining bank relations and compliance and cash management planning and forecasting, The Senior Director will be a member of the Finance leadership team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and investment strategies.

• Develop cash targets to support efficient liquidity management and ensure subsidiaries have adequate working capital to support operations.

• Partner with the Director, Tax to ensure efficient strategies are put in place to transfer cash between entities as needed to optimize working capital and liquidity needs.

• Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate foreign currency exposure risk.

• Maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions.

• Maintain efficient and effective policies and procedures that provide adequate controls over treasury activities and provide support for regulatory reporting.

• Support major Company investment opportunities such as financings, capital investments, potential M&A targets by working with the various teams to develop accurate and relevant financial analysis of such opportunities.

• Create and maintain dashboards for Treasury KPIs.

• Perform risk assessments and ensure adequate insurance coverage is in place.

• Lead the Treasury team and provide training and guidance to ensure their continued professional development.

Education / Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in progressive finance roles with strong knowledge of global treasury operations.

• BS in Finance/Accounting is required. CPA / MBA / CTP is a plus.

• Experience in a leadership role within a global manufacturing company is preferred.

• Experience in dealing with multiple currencies and cross-currency impacts is required.

• Proven ability to analyze financial data, draw sound conclusions and recommend effective courses of action, which includes the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.

• Sound understanding of GAAP / IFRS.

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization; Ability to build positive and effective relationships.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple responsibilities/tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

• Proven track record of leading and managing people.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Reporting tools, etc.).
