Job Description Summary:

A successful Stills Finance Sr Director is a business partner who co-leads the LatAm Stills strategy, maximizes System’s value through an integrated understanding of the business, and enhances people's experience.

The role requires a solid understanding of P&L dynamics, Financial Modeling, Value Chain Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Intelligence, and ROI analysis. Data-driven with strong analytical skills and good communication abilities are essential. The candidate will support strategic and transformational initiatives to accelerate Stills business growth in Brazil and South Cone, while managing core FP&A processes.

The Sr Director will also foster collaboration with bottlers in Brazil and South Cone, aligning business opportunities and managing different business models related to Stills. This position serves as the primary contact for five Joint Ventures and represents KO in their Financial Committees.

Position Overview:

Location: primary Brazil; secondary Argentina/Chile. No relocation assistance provided.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Strengthen franchise relationships with Brazilian and South Cne Bottlers and manage complexities of 5 Joint Ventures.
  • Support business transformation initiatives with KO Stills Leadership and Bottler teams.
  • Partner with Category teams to accelerate portfolio opportunities for Stills.
  • Manage the Stills Business alongside GMs, providing performance insights, assessing risks and opportunities, supporting financial valuations, and working on projections.
  • Enhance team members’ experience within the Stills Finance team.

Functional activities include:

  • Model leadership in the network.
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of business performance.
  • Use a fact-based, analytical approach to collaboration.
  • Implement financial strategies to grow profitability sustainably.
  • Contribute to team development and serve as a reference point.

Required work experience:

  • 10+ years of leadership in Finance, including Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or Head of Finance roles.
  • Over 8 years in Massive Consumption companies, with deep understanding of production, sales, and distribution processes.
  • Expertise in Financial Modeling and Valuation.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and processes.
  • Understanding profitability dynamics and business strategy impacts.
  • Experience with bottling business dynamics is a plus.

  • Production, sales, and distribution processes.

Language requirements:

Fluent in Portuguese, and in Spanish and/or English.
