Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps and related fields.
• Strong Agile methodologies background and project delivery experience.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience implementing and enforcing security best practices in DevOps workflows.
• Proven track record leading large-scale applications and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in both backend and frontend areas relevant to DevOps.
• Experience conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.

• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
