BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to serve as the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating problems into concrete solutions, and shaping proposals with delivery and presales teams. You will articulate value across software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality, guiding how technology is sold and delivered.

This is a client-facing, senior role requiring deep technical knowledge and strategic input to drive successful deals and innovative outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working in the SDLC building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events, acting as the technical expert showcasing capabilities.
• Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.

Collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and presales, you'll articulate the value of our delivery model while providing consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, or quality.
