BairesDev is seeking a Senior DevOps Lead Engineer to steer the technical direction of our DevOps practices. You will guide a team of engineers in scalable, secure cloud environments, advanced CI/CD workflows, and responsible modernization for client projects.

The role requires strong leadership, 7+ years in DevOps, and a passion for collaboration with stakeholders. This is a full-time, 100% remote position with competitive USD compensation.

What You Will Do

• Mentor and train team members in advanced DevOps techniques and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Here’s What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience with DevOps.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
• Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong experience in application security best practices.
• Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
• Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
• Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
• Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
• Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
• Advanced level of English.
