About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain critical infrastructure for our Tether Data Division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a security-first mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure at scale
• Manage deployments, updates, and incident response systems
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance
• Conduct security audits and implement hardening measures
• Mentor junior team members
• Manage Linux systems with 5+ years of experience
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Work with container orchestration (Docker/Podman), virtualization (QEMU/KVM), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Implement network architecture solutions (VPN, SDN, Load Balancing)
• Deploy and scale NodeJS applications
• Use monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Github CI)
• Employ security practices including infrastructure hardening and server administration with FIDO2/Yubikeys

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Linux systems administration experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience managing systems with 99.99% uptime requirements
• Proven incident management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a global team
