Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, deploying, and managing scalable, cloud-native infrastructure to support modern applications. You will work with cutting-edge tools, ensuring seamless integration and deployment within our microservices architecture. Ideal for those passionate about automation, scalability, and observability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform and Terragrunt; automate AWS resource provisioning for high availability and scalability.
2. Microservices Deployment: Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes with Helm; support microservices developed in Go (Golang).
3. CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain pipelines in GitLab CI/CD; optimize for performance, reliability, and security.
4. Monitoring and Observability: Set up observability stacks with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog; monitor system health and performance.
5. Collaboration and Support: Work with development and QA teams; document processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven Kubernetes experience in production environments.
2. Strong expertise in Terraform and Terragrunt for IaC.
3. Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
4. Deep understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
5. Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.
6. Familiarity with Helm and secure deployment practices.
7. Public cloud certifications in AWS and/or Kubernetes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with SRE practices and incident management.
2. Proficiency in developing/deploying microservices with Go (Golang).
3. Knowledge of multi-environment infrastructure setups.
4. Familiarity with PostgreSQL and load balancing in cloud environments.
