Qualificações
- Expert-level proficiency in Java and strong professional experience with Python.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and familiarity with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, cloud and data engineering concepts.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar solutions for code generation, debugging, automation, and engineering workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Advanced or fluent English communication skills.
- Senior-level ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices using Java and Python.
- Build enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Azure, applying sound engineering and architectural principles.
- Design and implement secure RESTful APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Work with cloud and data engineering technologies including Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, SQL, and data modeling.
- Deliver production-ready software following Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve engineering speed, software quality, consistency, and overall productivity.
- Create reusable AI-driven workflows that automate repetitive activities such as code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, refactoring, and CI/CD processes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI into engineering workflows and improve developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps professionals, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while encouraging engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and broader adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
