In this role, you will work within a scrum team to bring designs and ideas to life for new or improved web applications, supporting internal and external clients. You will collaborate with clients, product managers, architects, software engineers, and others to plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions that support companies with thousands to millions of employees.

Your day will start with a scrum call to prioritize and track work. You will select user stories for the sprint cycle and spend most of your day developing and testing your code. Every three weeks, you will participate in release activities.

To succeed as a Senior Developer, you should be an expert in Java (Java 8 preferred), Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular and/or React, web services, RESTful APIs, and open source tools such as Apache Kafka. You should have experience with front-end, scripting, and back-end technologies, and be eager to learn and incorporate new technologies into your work.

As a senior team member, you will help guide projects to success, design, develop, debug, and deploy software solutions, and mentor junior developers. You will balance task prioritization with technical considerations, contributing to a collaborative and innovative environment.
