Located in Porto Alegre/Brazil, provides software development and infrastructure for worldwide ADP products, working with large-scale initiatives across multiple geographies, including Brazil, the United States, and India. As an internationally distributed software development team, we are hiring:
Developer
Responsible for developing software application solutions for the organization's external and internal clients. Developers may be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Developers work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions consistent with business objectives. They may develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Developers also collaborate with other stakeholders including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, and procurement when required. They are expected to be results-oriented, knowledgeable of new and legacy technologies, familiar with relevant platforms and environments, and understand business processes, functions, and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.
This position requires knowledge and experience in the discipline; higher-level knowledge and skills are being acquired. Builds knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. Solves straightforward problems, analyzes solutions using standard procedures, and receives moderate guidance and direction.
