What you'll do

Are you invested in making a difference for users through data-driven research and customer feedback? Do you want to energize a diverse and collaborative design organization? Are you excited to work with motivated design leadership?

We’re seeking a Senior Design Research Analyst to join our Design Services team. You will work with our product design team, ensuring the organization thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll empower UX designers and User Assistance authors with relevant user feedback and data analysis, and run research projects directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional customer-facing feedback sessions, testing designs, documentation, prototypes, and existing products.
• Manage assigned projects independently, maintaining communication with stakeholders.
• Develop collaborative relationships within the BTP Platform development and design teams.
• Promote community building and share best practices across international offices.

What you bring

• Experience conducting research and usability studies.
• Excellent organizational, time management, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and basic knowledge of design tools like Figma.
