Fiserv is seeking a Senior Design Engineer in São Paulo to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade networks with a strong emphasis on automation and DevNet integration.

The role requires autonomy, detailed design work, and excellent communication skills to align with LATAM requirements and global standards across Development, Systems, and Network teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, deliver and support network infrastructure within an ITIL framework for Fiserv services (LAN, VXLAN, WAN, security).
• Develop automation workflows to move tasks toward self-service through tools, scripts, and cookbooks.
• Shape automation in Network Operations and ensure designs are production-ready.
• Support design/operation/escalations on next-gen data-center networks with external aggregation focus.
• Create blueprints for simple, repeatable solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure knowledge transfer and alignment with LATAM constraints.

Senior Design Engineer

Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very detail oriented,possessesstrong written and verbal communication skills and hassignificant experienceof supporting largescale,enterprise class networks. Network & Automation Architects strive to challenge existing networksolutionand design cost-effective PCI-compliant alternatives that allow a high degree of resilience and operation efficiency. All design must incorporate the implementation of a DevNet environment to streamline project work into Network Operations (operation being design at the onset)

• Design, deliver and support (within an ITIL framework) the network infrastructure providing Fiserv’shigh qualityElectronic Funds Transfer services to our clients and partners. This span LAN,VXLAN,WAN and security products (Load-Balancers, Firewalls,etc…)
• Ability to design automationworkflowfor network tasks that are regular and candidate to move to a self-service solution through creation and maintenance of tools,scriptsand cookbooks.
• Be part of the team that shapes the Automation future in Network Operations and Delivery of Fiserv, and as such be ready toconstructively and regularly challenge operational methodologiesthroughout their evolution.
• Support the design and operation/escalations on our next generation data-center networks, with a focus on external aggregation.
• Deliver blueprints allowing simple,sustainableand repeatable solutions and processes.
• Work within our Network Engineering teams to ensure knowledge transfer and implementation of designs into production.
• Ensure design coherence across the globe with group constraint while ensuring LATAM specificity/constraints are incorporated in these blueprints.
• Drive standards across the network in LATAM aligned with other regions (USA, EMEA and APAC).
• Collaborate in an international environment and across teams (Development, System, Network).
• Cooperate with customers(internal and external)and PM to provide adapted solutions/designs for access to Fiserv services.
• Build, Configure and Installations of networking devices.
• Build, and implement automation workflows into production
• Lead the programmability of the infrastructure (DevNet), primarily based on the following toolset:
