Senior Data Scientist

Our client is seeking a permanent employee who is passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology to help revolutionize the financial system. Data Science plays a crucial role in our client's product development and decision-making process. The Data Science team collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence the roadmap and gain a deeper understanding of the users.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct product analyses to answer open-ended questions and provide strategic recommendations.
2. Design and lead experiments/analyses to measure impact and drive product improvements.
3. Develop and maintain key metrics and reports, enhancing data infrastructure for better analysis.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Python with the Pandas framework (R is also acceptable) for programming and modeling.
2. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Stats, Physics, Computer Science) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
3. Experience with A/B testing, regression models, and understanding user funnels.
4. Clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.

Pay Range: 60K-75K. Full-time offers from our client also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
