We're looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join Wildlife's Marketing Tech team in São Paulo, Brazil.

As a Data Scientist, you'll handle data from millions of users, thousands of campaigns, and multiple channels, helping solve our most challenging tasks.

What you'll do

• Solve complex, open-ended problems impacting critical areas of the company;
• Improve performance of marketing frameworks, models, and data products;
• Work end-to-end within a cross-functional team to ensure products are in production and effective;
• Contribute to a challenging and engaging environment to achieve excellent results.

What you'll need

• Experience designing and developing data applications in the cloud using Spark, SQL, Python, Airflow, etc.;
• Knowledge of applying statistical or machine learning techniques;
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written;

As a Data Scientist, you will help us to:

• Analyze large, complex datasets on player behavior to support marketing;
• Enhance our performance measurement framework, including estimating user lifetime value;
• Develop tools to optimize acquisition campaigns;
• Support marketing decisions with high-quality data products and dashboards;
• Build capabilities for experiments to improve creative assets and marketing operations.
