The Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Science Consultant with a focus on Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Key Responsibilities

1. AI & NLP Strategy and Implementation:

   • Design and implement advanced NLP solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG frameworks to solve complex business challenges.

   • Identify opportunities to enhance decision-making processes through data science innovations.

2. Product and Solution Development:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions and AI products tailored to client needs.

   • Guide the integration of NLP and LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms for real-world applications.

3. Research and Development:

   • Lead research initiatives to evaluate emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies.

   • Stay updated on advancements in machine learning, focusing on LLMs and their application to unstructured data.

4. Client Collaboration and Support:

   • Collaborate with clients to explore the potential of LLMs and RAG in addressing their business challenges.

   • Communicate technical concepts and provide strategic recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Expertise in NLP, LLM, and RAG:
  Proven hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale NLP models, with a strong focus on LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) and RAG frameworks.

• Technical Acumen:
  Proficiency in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI tools. Familiarity with Databricks is a strong plus.

• Strategic and Analytical Thinking:
  Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into impactful business outcomes.

• Collaborative Leadership:
  Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams, fostering innovation, and driving measurable results.

• Agile Mindset:
  Familiarity with iterative development processes, including continuous testing and improvement of AI solutions.
