Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Data Quality Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Work in a Scrum team, convert stories to test artifacts, design and execute test cases to ensure no defective products are moved to production, verify data integrity and data quality.
2. Work closely with software developers and bring QA vision to Refinement and Sprint Planning sessions.
3. Raise timely awareness about any discovered issues, document them, and collaborate with related departments to develop remedies.
4. Communicate application defects clearly and concisely.
5. Verify and validate bug fixes.
6. Assist with other activities such as regression testing, environment setup verification, and cooperation with automation engineers.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Quality Engineering.
2. Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
3. Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies, with an emphasis on Agile.
4. Experience with API testing and data validation.
5. SQL knowledge and skills.
6. Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Storage is a plus.
7. Experience testing on iOS and Android applications is a plus.
8. Ability to learn new software quickly and easily.
9. Experience leading multicultural QA teams.
10. Ability to think abstractly and approach testing creatively.
11. Attentive to detail with strong analytical skills and a scientific approach to problem-solving.
12. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure.
13. Focus on deadlines and deliverables.
14. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
