Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EDT

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake
2. Improve data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals
4. Create analytics dashboards and visualizations using Power BI
5. Continuously optimize existing infrastructure, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
6. Monitor system performance using Azure Monitor and App Insights
7. Handle complex data challenges with minimal oversight and proactive solutions

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in Databricks, Spark, Python, SQL Server
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL), including stored procedures and SSIS packages
• Background in API-based ingestion, streaming methods, and BigQuery
• Proficient in data telemetry tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, App Insights)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT workflows

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, data lakes, and governance frameworks
• Prior exposure to machine learning pipelines is a plus
