WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a passionate Senior Business Analyst to manage and lead company-level analytics initiatives in Brazil.

The Senior Business Analyst will join the analytics team and report to the Head of Analytics, with a dotted line to the Brazil General Manager. The new team member will directly impact the direction of Manychat's further growth in Brazil by helping to form the mid and long-term country roadmap.

The ideal candidate is capable of conducting quantitative research, generating and validating product and market hypotheses, bringing relevant insights, and proposing solutions to proactively drive the market towards achieving our business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our analytics team has three foundational purposes:

• Impact directly on business metrics.
• Be proactive.

As part of the analytics team, you will:

• Investigate the product from different angles, consolidating insights into a clear and cohesive action plan.
• Manage and lead Monetization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Manychat's operational/growth model.
• Build tools to monitor the company’s performance and help make quick and effective data-driven decisions.
• Manage data and analytics projects with external parties (segmentation, forecasting, and data labeling) to find and validate promising product hypotheses.
• Collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to identify and resolve product and business growth bottlenecks.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must haves:

• 5+ years of proven product/data/business analytics experience.
• Technical background and knowledge of mathematical statistics.
• Excellent technical skills (SQL, Python, BI tools).
• Extreme attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Accountability and the permanent ‘extra mile’ approach to any task.
• Readiness to take responsibility and obtain high-quality analytical deliverables in reasonable terms.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English. (To be considered for this position, you must submit your resume in English)

• Consulting (Big-4) background.
