Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and manage data models, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data quality and governance, continuously improving analysis and visualization processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Present data-driven insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish - must.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including query optimization and data modeling.
• Experience with relational databases and Data Warehouses.
• Experience with retail/supply chain systems - must.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Superset) for data visualization.
• Experience in data governance processes and implementation.
