Are you passionate about life sciences and eager to make a difference in preclinical drug R&D? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Education Trainer to empower academic customers with our cutting-edge solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive product adoption and ensure customer success through engaging training sessions and strategic stakeholder interactions.

As a Senior Customer Education Trainer, you'll be the enthusiastic and articulate face of our company, building strong relationships and showcasing your deep product expertise. You'll thrive both independently and collaboratively within our cross-functional team, making a significant impact on our customers' journey.

About you - experience, education and skills…

  • Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field
  • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience – (i.e.; life sciences expertise in the academia space, research experience, customer service/customer success supporting life sciences, etc.)
  • Fluent Portuguese verbal and written communication skills
  • Working proficiency in English

It would be great if you also had…

  • Master’s degree in a life sciences field, preferably pharmacology, molecular biology or medicinal chemistry
  • Have worked with Clarivate products and/or similar products (i.e.; Cortellis Drug Discovery, Web of Science, etc.)
  • Bi-lingual Spanish

What you will be doing in this role

  • Identify and engage with key external stakeholders to drive widespread product awareness across all customer sites.
  • Conduct regular outreach to end users, promoting product news and driving attendance to training sessions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs, tailored to key personas and showcasing relevant use cases and product benefits.
  • Lead clear and interactive customer training sessions, for audiences of various sizes, ensuring high product adoption and user engagement.
  • Support the development of in-product and online education materials that enhance product understanding and usability.
  • Monitor and analyze product usage regularly to identify trends and implement targeted improvement strategies as needed.
  • Partner with the account management team on account strategy by sharing customer sentiment, user feedback, product usage and health trends.
  • Collaborate with product management to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Clarivate products and stay informed on industry trends.

About the Team

The Customer Education team sits within the Customer Experience organization of the Life Sciences & Healthcare vertical. Our team consists of 11 colleagues across APAC, Europe & America, supporting our pharma, biotech and academic customers across the globe. The team has a long legacy with the company, making it a strong and valued one for new members to thrive in.

Hours of work

Full time, permanent

This position is remote but requires up to 30% travel within Brazil
