Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to support compensation, classification, payroll coordination, and performance management for operations in Greenville. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong Excel skills and a solid background in compensation programs.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

$30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and maintain job descriptions, classifications and FLSA status

· Conduct job evaluations, compensation analysis, and market pricing studies

· Process payroll updates, including hires, terminations, incentives, and retro-pay

· Maintain accurate position control and organizational charts

· Support the performance evaluation process and training coordination

· Track HR metrics and compile reports (turnover, exit interviews, etc.)

· Assist with policy updates and HR-related projects

Requirements

· **Must pass a comprehensive background check**

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field

· 4+ years of compensation/classification experience

· Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

· Master’s degree and/ or CCP certification

· Experience with step pay plans, HRIS, and compensation platforms

· Payroll processing experience
