Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Solution Definition:
- Develop complex functional and technical specifications for RDI software products.
- Gather and organize business requirements from clients and stakeholders for new features or enhancements.
- Understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Review, edit, and complement requirements, specifications, and business processes.
- Present design specifications to stakeholders, analyze feedback, and update specifications accordingly.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Developers to refine business specifications related to technical stories.
- Technical Recommendation and Testing:
- Communicate technical changes effectively to the development team.
- Work with clients to identify required changes and coordinate with Tech Lead for implementation.
- Support QA to ensure tests align with designed specifications.
- Project Execution:
- Assist Scrum Master and stakeholders to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to policies for proper user story implementation.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project standards and best practices.
- Support team deliveries to clients.
- Understand the technical workings of the product and be able to run it locally.
Who you are
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze configuration files, understand some code, troubleshoot, and test systems independently.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as XML, XSD, JSON.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
