Team Overview

We seek a motivated, high-spirited individual with structured thinking, good communication, interpersonal skills, and strong analytical ability.

Key knowledge includes data environments, SQL, Python, storytelling, problem understanding, and solution guiding to support decision-making.

This role is within the Quality, Safety & Security Team, focusing on marketplace efficiency through quality perception and safety culture, specifically in Business Analytics to drive decisions, reduce uncertainty, and leverage knowledge as a competitive edge.

You will interact closely with Product and Quality teams in Brazil and China, and with other local teams like Operations, Anti-Fraud, Growth, PR, Governmental Affairs, and Legal.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Analyze data from a problem-solving perspective, providing actionable insights;
• Design and support testing variables such as clusters and cities for app tests;
• Propose solutions to improve user experience in Quality, Safety, and Security;
• Develop and maintain OKRs and KPIs;
• Proactively seek new opportunities and challenge the status quo;
• Enhance user experience and quality of life.

Role Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analytics;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related fields;
• Soft skills: motivation, energy, communication, interpersonal skills, focus, appreciation for diversity;
• Hard skills: SQL, Python, analytical problem-solving, storytelling;
• Experience in tech is a plus;
• Advanced English (mandatory) for international communication.
