What You’ll Do
  • Current-State Analysis: Map workflows, personas, governance, and platform usage across lines of business; capture cross-border requirements and event execution processes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with marketing, event planning, and technology teams; facilitate roundtables, voting sessions, and decision-making workshops; manage conflicting viewpoints and align senior leadership on priorities
  • Governance & Decision Framework: Define who votes, who decides, and escalation paths; clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability
  • Product Ownership: Translate business needs into requirements and target capabilities; partner with design/engineering to evaluate vendors and platform options; support multi-system roadmap development and phased delivery
  • Architecture Partnership: Contribute to target-state solution design; advocate event-driven principles where appropriate
What You Bring
  • 7+ years in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership, ideally in financial services or event/conference technology
  • Proven experience with legacy system analysis, governance modeling, and multi-stakeholder alignment
  • Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills with senior leadership
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, event management platforms, and meeting scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills; clear writing and structured visuals (flows, RACI, decision logs, roadmaps)
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Capital Markets
  • Experience with vendor evaluation and platform modernization
  • Knowledge of event logistics and marketing operations
