The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in brand management within fast-paced industries and a strong interest in football. This role involves managing local marketing teams and collaborating with global brand teams for impactful storytelling.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Brand Manager to join the team in Brazil and ensure we land our brand proposition with impact and consistency.

We are looking for someone who :

  • At least 10 years in a brand role within in a fast-paced environment, regulated market company such as gambling, fintech or drinks. Ideally with online and multichannel experience.
  • Interest in football is a key differentiator. Must understand the dynamics between clubs and fans.
  • A track record of ownership of successful brand campaigns and brand activations of large-scale multichannel campaigns.
  • Solid experience on project management end-to-end.
  • Experience managing agencies and delivering clear creative feedback is key.
  • Experience working with media partners is advantageous.
  • Experience in a global business with a central/local dynamic is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • You’ll be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or similar; Master’s in related fields is desirable.

What you'll be doing:

  • You’ll lead local brand efforts and act as brand guardian, working closely with all local marketing teams including Media, Social, PR, and Sponsorships to ensure all external communications are executed in line with brand guidelines and align to our agreed strategy.
  • Guarantee all brand campaigns, stunts and content are based on consistent storytelling to generate engagement with sports and entertainment fans.
  • Work with the group global brand team to ensure central brand campaigns are localized for maximum market relevance.
  • You’ll work closely with the sponsorship and partnerships team to ensure our sponsorships, ambassadors and partners are aligned to the agreed frameworks and always serve to elevate our brand in the market.
  • Manage relationship with external creative agency and in-house agency, optimizing processes and efficiency.
