Equinix seeks a highly skilled HR specialist to drive employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate data management. The role involves resolving complex HR queries, leading project initiatives, and implementing new benefit practices across Latin America. Proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.

Job Summary
A highly skilled specialist that contributes to the development of new concepts and techniques, consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action. Responsible for the execution of all HR services and processing queries up to Tier 2. Assists with Tier 3 queries and special projects.
Responsibilities
Executes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes
Leverages process knowledge to guide employees through lifecycle changes, customizing the solution to fit individual needs
Utilizes expertise to resolve complex issues, and often acts as a team lead or resource to others. Point of escalation is Team lead/ manager
Identifies trends and initiates process improvements with Manager or HRSS Project and Services Team
Understands tradeoffs and when to escalate
Understands end to end processes deeply and can easily assist in all steps of a multiple step process. Supports full region and global processes
Manages HR Systems Data and files, ensuring accuracy, completion, and that all are up to date
Handles sensitive and/or complex queries
Pivots with ease when introduced to new HR Systems configurations.,engagement in system UAT
Provides standard and non-standard noncomplex reporting to HR stakeholders and line managers
Basic understanding of programs and COE processes
Able to answer COE type queries and guideline managers if appropriate
Able to handle complex COE processes
Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's
Provide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines
Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance, and other policy requirements
Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all communications and stakeholder support
Act proactively and preventively in benefit negotiation and market feasibility and best practices of the inclusion of benefits in Latin America countries
Qualifications
Fluent Spanish and English
Solid knowledge and ability in negotiation
Experience in inclusion, exclusion, and management of benefits
Knowledge of benefits countries Latin America
Strong skills in analysis and best market practices for the implementation of new benefits for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru
