A global automotive leader in São Caetano do Sul is seeking a skilled professional to manage the rollout of healthcare projects and ensure effective health plan management. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and strong benefits expertise, along with excellent data analysis and project management skills. This role offers hybrid work flexibility, allowing for two days per week of remote work.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
English skills, minimum intermediate.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related fields;
Experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel, and PowerPoint;
Benefits Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of benefits practices, with emphasis on health plans;
Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to benefits and their costs;
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with laws and regulations impacting benefits.
Clear Communication: Skill in conveying complex information about benefits in an accessible and understandable manner to employees;
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders;
Project Management: Competence in managing and implementing benefits projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budgets;
Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve benefits-related issues effectively.
