Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer with Golang experience. This remote position involves managing our backend platform, API integrations, and building scalable, reliable systems within a micro-services architecture. Collaboration across international teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into technical solutions and lead engineering efforts.
• Design and implement distributed systems, APIs, and microservices.
• Maintain integrations with third-party vendors and partners.
• Focus on reusable code, observability, and detailed documentation.
• Monitor system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively across teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Go/Golang, Java, Python, C++.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, message queuing (Kafka preferred).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
