About The Job

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will develop Tether’s backend components.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new products and features using agile methodologies.
• Ensuring backend scalability for growth.
• Implementing high security standards to protect users.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 6 years of experience with Node.js/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with complex platform development.
• Familiarity with Peer-to-Peer tech.
• Proficiency with databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Strong understanding of security practices.

Nice to Have:

• Blockchain integration experience.
• High-availability system knowledge.
• Skills in Ruby, Rust, or C++.
• Experience with Redis, caches, and job queues.
