Our New York International Staffing Company is looking around the World for an internal Senior Automation and Workflow Specialist, you'll optimize processes using Monday.com. You'll automate, integrate, and streamline complex workflows, making them efficient and user-friendly.

The Role

Your responsibilities include data mapping, tool integration, and custom reporting. You'll implement API integrations with Monday.com, create visual workflows in Lucidchart, and ensure smooth system operations. You'll also provide proactive troubleshooting and maintenance.

Here’s How You’ll Do It:

• Build Clear Workflows: Take complex processes and map them out visually so that everyone understands how things work. Using Monday.com and tools like Lucidchart, you’ll design workflows that are easy to follow and optimized for efficiency.
• Automate Everything You Can: Whether it’s repetitive tasks or critical operations, you’ll create custom automations within Monday.com to save time and reduce human error.
• Integrate Key Tools: Work with APIs and third-party integrations to ensure that our tools talk to each other seamlessly. Whether it's connecting Monday.com to other platforms, you’ll make sure everything works together smoothly.
• Create Reports That Matter: You’ll design and implement custom reporting functionalities that give our team the data they need, when they need it. No more guessing or relying on outdated information—your reports will provide real-time insights.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: As the go-to expert for all things Monday.com, you’ll be the person everyone turns to when something isn’t working or when they need help troubleshooting a process. You’ll also make sure everything is well-documented so others can easily follow along.
