What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business units to understand and address people matters effectively
- Consult with senior leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and implement people strategies

- Support the Human Resources team in driving functional implementations and identifying areas for improvement
- Serve as a change management agent, facilitating transitions and enhancing employee experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the consulting industry
- Consultative approach with the ability to build rapport and trust across all organization levels
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Workday experience is a plus
