Senior Android Developer at BairesDev

As a Senior Android Developer, you will lead in creating high-quality Android applications using advanced Kotlin or Java techniques and Android SDK. Your role includes guiding the app development process, mentoring junior developers, and adopting the latest mobile technologies to ensure the delivery of user-centric, efficient mobile solutions.

What you will do

1. Oversee the design and development of sophisticated Android applications, aligning them with both business and technical requirements.
2. Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence.
3. Make strategic decisions regarding application functionality, performance optimization, and solving technical challenges.
4. Champion best practices in code quality, architectural design, and maintainability.
5. Drive innovation by integrating new Android technologies, frameworks, and methodologies into projects.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.

What we are looking for

1. 5+ years of experience with Android development.
2. Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
3. Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
4. Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
