Position Purpose:

Convert analytics business requirements into technical requirements and implement projects by collaborating with IT, business, and analytics partners. May source data directly via batch and pipeline processes and manage SDLC processes.

• Requirements Gathering: Lead meetings and calls with senior stakeholders and IT. Lead requirements gathering efforts on cross-functional projects. Own presentation materials. Translate requirements with technical and business insight into understandable constructs. Mentor junior engineers if applicable.
• Data Modeling: Use expertise in data and analytics to build tables and views independently, understanding all key data sources and limitations. Familiarity with cloud analytics components (e.g., Databricks, Data Mesh, Delta Lake, Data Lakehouse) is required.
• Analytics Code Development: Manage code control, recommend SDLC process modifications, create test plans, and implement architecture objects supporting supply chain methodology.
• Source Code/Documentation Management: Define principles, own multiple code bases, and have broad exposure to products and domains.
• Defect/Bug Investigation and Remediation: Develop products with low defect ratios, address bugs of any complexity, and own critical defect resolution. Define standards for issue remediation.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) with 4–6 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills. 3+ years' experience with SQL, SDLC, GIT, RDBMS, DBT, Medallion Architecture, Python, and Snowflake preferred.

License/Certification:

• DBT Fundamentals preferred

Pay Range: $85,300.00 - $158,100.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives. Benefits are subject to eligibility.
