Qualificações

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of transforming data into strategic insights.

Are you ready to be a strategic powerhouse at the heart of our growth? As our Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will advise and influence Sales & Partner leadership, shaping our future with expertise in strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence.

This role offers an opportunity to drive performance and scalable growth initiatives through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. It involves working directly with executive leadership on projects such as go-to-market planning, territory alignment, PRM optimization, data quality, and business performance reviews. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Strategic architect for all go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure organizational alignment and visibility.
  • Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle, transforming metrics into actionable insights.
  • Ensure forecasting accuracy through regular forecast meetings with sales leadership.
  • Manage revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning.
  • Optimize sales processes to improve territory alignment, pipeline hygiene, and overall productivity.
  • Create insights by defining KPIs and building dashboards for performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution.
  • Drive strategic conversations with leadership using crucial insights.
  • Align compensation and quotas with financial goals in partnership with Finance.
  • Streamline the buyer journey by identifying and removing friction points in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Support executive decisions by providing performance insights, trends, and projections for leadership and board reporting.
What You Bring:
  • Proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of transforming data into strategic insights.
  • Successful cross-functional collaboration and project management under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience with SQL or similar query tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related; MBA is a plus.
