What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own global enterprise budgeting and KPI reporting for IT, delivering variance analysis and clear communication of enterprise needs and performance
- Lead financial planning and resource allocation for global technology investments, translating strategic initiatives into actionable financial roadmaps
- Analyze and track capitalized technology labor and project costs in compliance with accounting standards
- Develop business cases, investment rationale, and ROI assessments to support investment decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase forecast accuracy and elevate reporting quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
- Strong expertise with financial systems and reporting tools (Hyperion, Dodeca, Excel, Power BI)
- A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across Finance, IT, People, and executive teams
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of labor capitalization rules and technology strategic investment planning
- Experience with budgeting, SG&A reporting, or executive-level performance management
- Analytical and systems-savvy, with experience using financial data to drive business outcomes
- Strategic yet hands-on approach with a passion for improving processes and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
