This is a fully remote role.

Mission:

As a Senior AI Developer you’re responsible for delivering software on schedule that meets our software development principles.

To deliver on schedule you understand our customer and our business strategies so together with the team you continuously reduce the scope of releases and incrementally deliver what matters most to our customers as quickly as possible while reducing complexity and potential defects.

You implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and pipelines, and ensure that your code is tested, secure and reliable before and after deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting system performance and reliability.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications and features, with a focus on integrating AI capabilities.
• Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces to effectively present AI insights and functionalities.
• Implement backend components and APIs for AI model integration and data processing.
• Manage code documentation and version control for both front-end and back-end components.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, including those related to AI integration.
• Work in an agile environment to release software on a regular schedule.
• Take ownership of both client-side and server-side development, ensuring seamless integration of AI features.
• Gain a deep understanding of our customers and how AI can enhance our business strategy.
• Support the development team in prioritizing, forecasting, and planning new AI-driven projects.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Full Stack developer with 5+ years of experience designing and building SaaS applications, with at least 2 years focused on AI development preferred.
• Proficient in either Node.js, Python or Java for backend development and AI integration, with experience implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and other backend services to consume AI model outputs.
• Strong experience with AngularJS, ReactJS or other modern client-side frameworks.
• Able to write unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools for deployment and build processes.
• Comfortable using Git/Github, reviewing peers' pull requests.
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Take ownership of work and is accountable to deadlines, KPIs, and commitments made.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuous learner with a keen interest in AI and emerging full-stack technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience optimizing performance for data-intensive AI applications across the stack.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and how they can be presented and integrated effectively in a full-stack application.
• Experience with relevant Python or Java AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
