What to Expect
  • Oversee and manage the Admissions and Financial Aid operating budgets, including processing invoices and tracking expenses
  • Answer direct phone lines for the Vice President for Admissions and Financial Aid and the Director of Admissions
  • Direct and supervise the daily activities of Support Coordinators, managing workloads and project assignments
  • Assist hiring supervisors by providing guidance throughout the employment process and utilizing the online applicant tracking system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families regarding admissions and financial aid processes
What is Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three to five years of related work experience
  • Experience in management or supervision, including conducting performance appraisals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while exercising independent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out
