We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead post-sale relationships across a portfolio of high-value B2B clients. You’ll serve as the trusted advisor for each account—owning onboarding, driving adoption, and guiding clients toward success with our AI-powered solutions.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at relationship-building, and brings a strategic mindset to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and end users
Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to keep accounts on track
Identify growth opportunities and partner with Sales on upsell strategies
Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs
Track activities, risks, and outcomes in CRM systems
What You Bring
3–5+ years in account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships
Experience managing B2B SaaS clients with complex workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Slack, and Airtable
