Senior Account Manager – Revenue Growth & Retention Focus

Remote (US Time Zones Preferred) | Full-Time

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to focus on growing and retaining key customer relationships. You’ll work directly with high-value accounts to ensure they’re successful with our platform—and identify new ways to expand usage and drive revenue.

If you're a commercially savvy relationship manager with a passion for AI tools and automation, this role will give you the chance to make a direct impact on customer lifetime value.

What You’ll Do

  • Own retention and expansion outcomes for strategic client accounts

  • Build a deep understanding of client goals, product fit, and usage patterns

  • Spot churn risks early and implement proactive retention strategies

  • Collaborate with Sales on growth opportunities within your book of business

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and consultative planning sessions

  • Maintain meticulous notes and forecast health in CRM systems

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of experience in AM, client success, or solution delivery

  • A track record of growing revenue within existing B2B accounts

  • Skilled at uncovering customer needs and turning them into expansion plans

  • Organized and data-driven with strong presentation skills

  • Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or workflow automation is a big plus
