The Opportunity:
The Senior Account Manager, Programmatic Solutions plays a vital role in managing key accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering best-in-class client service across LG Ad Solutions’ programmatic and CTV offerings. This hybrid role blends deep programmatic expertise with consultative client management to activate, optimize, and expand relationships. You’ll serve as a strategic partner - leveraging insights to inform planning, uncovering upsell opportunities, and driving long-term retention through measurable performance and proactive support.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day lead for strategic client accounts, providing proactive guidance, optimization, and support across LG Ads' programmatic solutions.
Oversee campaign strategy, setup, execution, pacing, and delivery to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs.
Monitor and optimize daily PMP activity, uncovering revenue opportunities and ensuring consistent delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with agency, brand, and DSP/SSP stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
Provide strategic, insight-driven recommendations that align with client KPIs and unlock incremental revenue and upsell opportunities.
Lead pre/mid/post-sale coordination, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive client growth.
Create and present client-facing wrap reports, performance insights, and compelling recommendations that support renewals and retention.
Translate complex performance data into clear business insights and actionable strategies.
Actively contribute to internal process improvements, tool enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
Mentor junior Account Managers, fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting team development.
Educate clients and internal stakeholders on best practices, platform innovations, and technical capabilities.
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in account management, programmatic media, or client success roles, preferably in CTV or digital media.
Proven experience managing full-funnel media campaigns with a strong understanding of PMP, DSP/SSP integrations, and measurement frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to identify client growth opportunities through insights and data storytelling.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear client value.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and media planning/reporting tools; experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, etc., is a plus.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring adaptability and quick decision-making.
